Suzzana Kassim

Suzanna began her journey in the venture capital industry with MAVCAP, a company which she was instrumental in setting up in April 2001. She has, since, embraced a deep understanding of the industry and found the demand and dynamic within the industry to be very interesting and fulfilling.

Suzanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accountancy from University of Saskatchewan. Suzanna has served various entities, private and statutory body, where past experience has given her valuable insights into various industries within the manufacturing sector, agriculture and plantation, quarry and construction, property and estate management, and hotel and resort management.

Suzanna has served various roles and positions within MAVCAP since its inception. She was responsible for many policy formulations and the infrastructures set up required of the Company and the Stakeholder. In her present position, she is leading the Finance Department; Legal and Company Secretary Department; Information Technology Department; as well as singlehandedly managing Government Liaison Support for the Company.
