Vincent Ye Eng Jian

Senior Vice President - Investment

Vincent has more than 10 years of investment banking, stockbroking and venture capital experience having started his career as an investment banker with a local investment bank, AmInvestment Bank, where he advised and successfully completed a number of corporate finance, IPO and M&A mandates. He then spent 6 years as a stockbroker with two bank-backed stockbroking houses, UMBC Securities and Sime Securities covering Malaysian equities for institutional fund managers from US, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining MAVCAP, he was an associate director with Towry Law Asset Management, the local unit of a U.K-based financial consultant.

Vincent holds an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University Management School, U.K. and BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Warwick Business School, U.K. He is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese. At MAVCAP, Vincent is primarily involved in direct investments.
