Norezuan joined MAVCAP in January, 2008, bringing to the company more than 15 years of commercial banking, treasury, and funds management experience. His diverse leadership and management abilities combined with entrepreneurial understanding provide a platform to advise start-up entrepreneurs in building successful businesses. At MAVCAP, he focuses on opportunities in information technology in particular enterprise-wide application software and other technologies. He also seeks and supports opportunities to use technology in Customer Asset Management that could add value to every customer interaction that produce revenue growth through the entire customer life cycle, from initial marketing to customer service. This includes online sales force automation, online customer service support, market intelligence and marketing management.

He is an avid open sea scuba diver and a boat lover. In his spare time, he reads the works of John Grisham, and John Updike. Currently, he is trying to be a reader of human behaviour especially in profiling and behaviour modification.

Prior to joining Mavcap, Norezuan joined Intrinsic Capital Management Berhad, a provider of total fund management and corporate finance solutions. At Intrinsic Capital, he served as a director and also focused on treasury product sales and marketing. Prior to Intrinsic Capital, he was also a manager at KAF Discounts Berhad (later named KAF Merchant Bank Berhad). At KAF, he managed more than RM500 million worth of Islamic money deposits, dealt in Islamic money market and private debt securities.

Norezuan received an MBA in Finance from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.
