MAVCAP Seed team will be working
hand in hand with its portfolio of Seed companies and
collaborating with the centers of excellence, research
centers and incubators to implement accountability and
ensure greater success during the infancy of the portfolio
companies.
Therefore certain accountability standards and success
reward criteria will be adopted:
Minority
position after the company has met its product
schedule and ready for subsequent round of equity
funding.
Stage
and size of equity funding - in various stages
of concept & business plan, proof of concept,
alpha and beta stage of productization and in
various disbursement amount of RM 50,000 to RM
500,000.
Only
for private equity investment.
Board
Membership (minimum 1representation on the company
board)
Investment
horizon for both initial and follow-on investment
average of 5 years for exit from initial investment.
